  DO NOT MOVE HERE! These apartments are cheaply made. The people below me smoked weed, cigars, and cigarettes and I could smell it in my apartment all the time. I constantly burned candles to mask the smell. You can hear everything from the apartments around you (both below and on the side) and even from people simply walking outside. The water pressure is very low and the hot water does not work longer than 10 minutes for a shower. When people visited me, we could not take showers right after one another because the water did not stay hot and was barely warm.
  
  The amount you pay in rent does not equal the quality of housing that you will receive. I started out paying 950 per month and now at the end of my lease I pay over 1200 dollars per month. The manager, Catherine, is rude and tries to come off as "understanding or caring" but the lack of emotion she has on her face shows that she really does not care about anything you are saying.
  
  It also is not a safe place to live. While I was living here there was a shooting in my building that left bullet holes near right beside my front door, and multiple robberies of people's apartments and their cars.They need to build a gate with the prices the renters have to pay.
  
  There is a huge raccoon problem. The Valet trash people do not always pick up the trash on time or when they are scheduled to so that gives raccoons plenty of time over night to cause problems.The raccoons are always ripping apart people's trash and making it look extremely nasty and dirty around the complex. Not to mention, the smell of rotting food that this type of thing brings is horrible.
  
  Do yourself a favor and save your money and rent elsewhere. YOU WILL BE GETTING RIPPED OFF!
  
  UPDATE:
  I had to come on here and add an update. On my move out day, I needed assistance unhooking my washer and dryer. I was told, "Brittany, sweetie, you may have to hire someone to unhook it for you. We do not touch personal belongings of our renters". Besides the fact that she spoke in a condescending manner, I felt as though this was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. They were refusing to allow the maintenance men to come out and UNHOOK a washer and dryer that they had installed for me two years before. I basically had to remind them that although this is my move out day I still am an a renter TODAY and I would put in a maintenance request to come as assist me. The office worker was like fine do that and basically hang up in my face. I seriously have never had an experience quite like the one I have had with the Bristol. I really wish they hadn't changed office management. Julissa was the manager when I first moved in and she was nice, friendly, and helpful at all times. These new women are horrible. I was also harassed about my car decal sticker. On move out date my car was not at the apartment. The front office woman told me it should not be a problem that I did not turn it in. Of course, Catherine calls me to tell me that I will be charged for the decal if it is not turned in. I had received so much mixed information from all of the employees that at this point I was very agitated. Needless to say, I peeled off the decal (that had crumbled into about 37 little pieces of sticker paper) and placed it in an envelope to be turned in so that I would not be charged.
