It's pretty annoying to be bombarded with texts and emails about a package while I'm at work only to come home at 6 and find they are closed. Not everyone has a close commute. Very frustrating when I need an item I order the day it comes in. Otherwise it is a decent place to live. I feel it is quite overpriced for what you get. The first month I lived here I had to put in several maintenence requests for things you would assume they would fix before a new resident moves in. And so far after a year they seem to just continue.
